Employee wellness rewards
Wellness rewards without the spreadsheets
Activities, verification, and rewards that run themselves — in the channels your team already uses.

The activities are easy. Everything around them isn't.
- Tracking is manual
- Three spreadsheets from three vendors, reconciled by hand.
- Live in a day
- Import a roster, pick activities, done. No implementation phase.
- Nobody logs in
- Participation dies at the login screen. One more portal, one more password.
- Text, email, Teams, Slack
- Employees record activities where they already are. No app to download.
- The budget expires
- Carrier wellness dollars don't roll over. Unspent is gone.
- Answers, not exports
- Real-time participation by activity — who is taking part, not only who isn't.
Where the work actually happens
No portal to log into. Employees record activities and you approve them in the tools already open on the screen.

Added work for HR
How it works
- 01
Set up
Add your roster, pick your activities. The only step that needs HR.
- 02
Employees record
A message shows what's open and what it's worth. They record it there.
- 03
You approve
One queue, or one tap in Slack. Set low-stakes activities to credit automatically.
- 04
Rewards go out
Thresholds trigger rewards automatically. Your fund balance updates as they do.
What the administrator actually works in
One queue to clear. Approve, reject, or send back for detail.

Build activities, set what each is worth, and track them as they run.

Draw raffle winners with the full entry list recorded.

One fee, paid from the fund you already have
Billed once a year by headcount, not per user. It comes out of the same wellness dollars, so it never hits your operating budget.

Questions
- How fast can we launch?
- Under 24 hours. Set up an account, import a roster, and activities are live the same day.
- Do employees need an app or a portal login?
- No. Salud reaches them by text, email, Teams, or Slack, and they record activities from that message.
- Can we build our own activities?
- Yes, in a few clicks — a 5K, a walk-a-thon, a wellness webinar, whatever your team actually does. Name it, set what it's worth, choose whether it needs review, and it's live. No ticket to us, no waiting on a release.
- Where does the reward money come from?
- The wellness fund your carrier already provides, your own budget, or both running side by side.
- Our carrier only covers employees on its plan.
- Salud tracks eligibility per employee and runs two funding pools, picking the right one automatically at issuance.
- What do you store about employees?
- Name, work email, department, points, and completed activities. No claims data and nothing clinical.
- Our employees can't accept gift cards.
- Common in the public sector. Physical-item rewards are on the roadmap — ask on the demo where it stands for your timeline.
